FUN at the FOUNTAIN
I never dreamed that Braden would love this fountain as much as he did!!! This is Wilson Park which is located downtown Florence. I wanted to get some pics to try out my new baby "Canon Rebel"!!! Poor Brad he was constantly chasing after Braden and trying to keep him from climbing into the water (as you can see from the bottom pic) but I think I still managed to get some pretty good shots.

GRANDPARENTS DAY
Friday, Sept. 11 was Grandparent's Day at LCHS. I took my dad (Papa) and Brad's mom (Maw Maw) to eat lunch with Braden. After lunch everyone went back to their classroom and the students sang songs for the Grandparents. Then they presented them with pictures they had colored for them. Very sweet!!! As you can tell from Braden's face he LOVED having his Papa and Maw Maw there!!!

KINDERGARTEN 2009
I want to start this blog with Braden's Kindergarten year so let's back up to August 10, 2009.
This is Braden's first official year of Kindergarten. Last year was a KG transition year because he just wasn't developmentally ready for the real deal. He only went Tues. - Thurs. last year and spent most of the day in the Resource Room with his wonderful aide Mrs. Debbie. (WE LOVE MRS. DEBBIE) This year is a different story - he is a full-time Kindergartener! He has Mrs. Joetta Trousdale this year as his teacher. She is wonderful!!!! She keeps him entertained and on track. He is staying in her room most of the day and was blessed another year with Mrs. Debbie. He receives some Language and Math instruction in the Resource Room with Mr. Matt and on Tuesdays he has Speech, PT, and OT. (yeah he is pretty tired when he gets home on Tuesdays) It is amazing how much more prepared Braden is for school this year. Even though it hurt a little holding him back another year, it was the right thing to do. I hate that he is not with his friends from last year but he has made more new friends this year!!!

THE MEANING...
I just wanted to explain the meaning behind the title of my blog "ITTY BITTY PIECES OF US". The name itty bitty came from this little guy...
Braden James Glass
We have called Braden itty bitty since he was born. Braden was the smaller of our twin boys weighing a whopping 2 lbs 5 oz and 15 in long. His "older" brother (by 10 minutes) weighed 2 lbs 14 oz and 15 in long.
Brannon Tucker Glass
So now you understand the itty bitty part. As for the "pieces of us", I wanted to start this blog mainly for Braden to look back on some day. I want him to be able to see "pieces of our everyday lives". I hope you enjoy my blog as much as i enjoy it!!!
